DUBAI, 2011- Chef and Steward, a fast growing food blog in the United Arab Emirates, has launched online free online cooking classes. These tutorials will feature kitchen and cooking fundamentals and add greater insight to both simple and complex meals.
“We wanted to connect with our audience in a very tangible way and provide a service that would make the lives of both new and seasoned cooks easier,” said Kari Alana Heron, the writer/photographer and filmmaker, behind Chef and Steward. “We are giving our audience a chance to make use of a professional chef on our team.”
The “How To” series will be launched today, and will be posted weekly on their www.chefandsteward.com food blog. Class admission is free, but they invite your comments and feedback to ensure that they are meeting your needs.
