iViva Mexico!

These are some of the photos for Kari’s weekly column  published  in the Khaleej Times on Fridays. Last Friday’s theme: Mexican/Latin American. The menu: Squid Ceviche, Beef Burrito and Salsa.  See the online version of the article here. Recipes for all three dishes are included in the article.  Feel free to recommend it on facebook, twitter or other platforms using the buttons at the end of the article. You will find an actual scan of the magazine layout (which differs significantly from the online version) on our press page.

Squid Ceviche

Beef Burrito with homemade Taco Seasoning and Salsa

STEWARD’S NOTE:  Want to know what to do with all those left over burritos?    Turn them into Breakfast Burritos!  Create the perfect on the go breakfast that you can eat on your way to work or school.  This is also a great way to get kids (and adults) excited about eating nutritiously from the start of the day, which studies have shown helps in making better food choices for the rest of the day. Who doesn’t like mobile food? Look out for the post!

Ceviche on the other hand…I really enjoy the photos also; not only inspiring but informative. Looking forward to your next posts!
